Gut Wulfsdorf with 366 ha, is a Hamburg city estate, rented in 1989 to a farmer and turned as a bio-dynamical farm. Farming, dairy cows and livestock, market garden, farm shop and stalls on 9 farmers markets are operated by the farmer, wheras the butchery, the bakery and a cooperating box scheme are run by independent subtenants. It employs regularly a total of about 60 people. It has also attracted « settlers » developing housing projects.
