Abstract:
Forum Synergies selected the following 10 experiences to give examples of processes and practices of dialogue, initiated by citizens or public authorities, from local to European level, mainly in rural areas.
It was done in the frame of its “Civic Dialogue” thematic programme that deals with the topic of dialogue between different stakeholders when it aims at:

influencing policies which have a strong impact on territories with regard to agriculture, food,
environment and social cohesion

contributing to the solution of local or regional issues of sustainable rural development.
